Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using OneContext.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneContext ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

OneContext is an AI context compression tool. You export your AI chat conversations as Markdown, upload them to OneContext, and receive a compressed summary optimized for continuing your session in a new AI model.
The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

You must create an account to use OneContext. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not impersonate another person or use a misleading email address.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@onebytesoft.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may use OneContext only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
You must not use the Service to generate, distribute, or process content that promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

OneContext offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro, Premium). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via LemonSqueezy.
All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your payment card details.
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

Each plan has defined limits on the number of context generations per month. Unused generations do not roll over to the next billing period.
Free plan users may access Structured and Narrative output formats only. Minimal and JSON formats require a paid plan.
Free plan users may generate summaries in English only. Multilingual support requires a paid plan.
We reserve the right to enforce rate limits or throttle usage to ensure fair access for all users.

You retain full ownership of the content you upload (your exported AI conversations). By uploading, you grant OneContext a limited, temporary license to process the content solely to generate your requested summary.
We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content, store original files after processing, or use your content to train AI models.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you submit.

OneContext, its logo, design, software, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Onebytesoft. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The compressed summaries generated by the Service are provided for your personal use. You may use them freely for their intended purpose (continuing AI sessions).

OneContext utilizes various third-party service providers to power our platform, including but not limited to cloud hosting (Vercel), database management (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and payment processing (Lemon Squeezy).
By using OneContext, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these sub-processors in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that generated summaries will meet your specific requirements.
Summaries are produced through a multi-stage pipeline including cleaning, classification, and compression and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or omissions. Always review the output before use in critical contexts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onebytesoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your account data and generated summaries will be permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Paid plan refunds on termination are subject to our refund policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
